The present study is devoted to an examination of the nature, possibility, and validity of mystical subjectivism, or the subject’s vision. Since mystical subjectivism has induced extensive and complex discussions in the philosophy of mysticism (ʿIrfān), mystical epistemology, contemporary philosophy of religion, and religious epistemology, it is appropriate or rather necessary to make it as the center of our inquiry and research. Mystical Subjectivism or the subject’s vision, just like the epistemological subjectivism or the subject-based truth, is one of the most influential and foundational epistemic principles that plays a significant role within the aforementioned fields and other related sciences. Neither this theory nor its rival position can be neglected. One of the obvious impacts of this topic is that it plays an undeniable role in shaping orientations and constructing theories within these domains. The most significant outcome of this study is the demonstration that as long as something is not rationally possible, its vision is not possible. Therefore, superstitious or self-contradictory claims cannot be validated through faith or subjective mystical vision. Based on the chosen perspective, the particular unity of existence is not contrary to reason. Hence, the initial classification of the intuitive visions and mystical experiences into rational, suprarational and anti-rational categories is incorrect.
