Abstract
The Qur’an identifies all existents as creations and signs (āyāt) of the Divine, describing the relationship between God and other beings as one of creation. Philosophers, on the other hand, interpret this relationship through the concept of emanation (ṣudūr), viewing God as the source (maṣdar) and all existents as emanating from Him. While mystics conceptualize this relationship as manifestation (tajallī). The question arises: is the reality of philosophical emanation, mystical manifestation, and Qur’anic creation essentially the same? The essential poverty and dependence of all contingent beings on the Necessary Existent in philosophy is identical to the annihilation (fanā) of manifestations in the True Existence of the Divine in mysticism, and these two are identical to the non-independence of Divine signs and God’s creations based on the Qur’anic verses. On these bases, this study demonstrates that the reality of philosophical emanation, mystical manifestation, and Qur’anic creation is one and the same. By the principle " truth does not oppose truth but aligns with and bears witness to it”, the inseparability of the Qur’an, mysticism, and philosophy is affirmed. Research of this nature highlights the inseparability of the Qur’an, mysticism, and philosophical reasoning, preventing misinterpretations of the intentions and perspectives of philosophers and mystics.
