H.); nonetheless, some Sunni scholars have accused him of being a Shiite, a neophyte, an extremist, or even an obstinate Shiite.    Now, the question is: are the words of such a person (Ibn Abi al-Hadid) valid and strong enough to convince the opponent in the course of Imamate debates?     In what presented here, the author has drawn the conclusion that although he is a Mu’tazilite, in his The Commentary on Nahju al-Balaghah, Ibn Abi al-Hadid has strengthened the Sunnite and Ash’arite positions in the Imamate debates such as, that there is no clear text on the Imamate of Imam Ali (PBUH), that he is not the instant caliph after Holy Prophet (PBUH), and that infallibility was not specified as a condition for Imamate. Therefore, knowing him as a Shiite is either due to the lack of perfect knowledge about Ibn Abi al-Hadid or to the confusion of using terms. However, what matters is to follow the sound argument, rather than to blindly embrace the word of somebody. Thus, being a Sunni or Shiite does not work in the embracement of a proved and well-founded word.     The motive of those biased Sunnis who have accused him might be Ibn Abi al-Hadid’s belief in Imam Ali’s priority over others, that he libeled Mu’awiah, or to nullify his criticisms against some Sunni beliefs, or to invalidate the Shiite documentations, or in order to refer to some of his words against the Shiite .}, keywords = {: Ibn Abi al-Hadid,the Commentary on Nahju al-Balaghah,the justice of Companions,Imam’s infallibility,clear text on the Imamate,instant caliphate of Holy Prophet}, title_fa = {اعتبار استناد به ابن ابی الحدید در مباحث امامت}, abstract_fa = {دانشمندان شیعه در مباحث امامت به سخنان ابن ابی‌الحدید معتزلی (م656) استناد می‌نمایند؛ درصورتی‌که برخی از سنی‌ها او را با الفاظی چون متشیع، شیعی و حتی شیعی غال و شیعی متعنت رمی می‌کنند. با این توصیف، سؤال مهم این است که آیا سخنان چنین شخصی (ابن ابی‌الحدید) می‌تواند برای اقناع طرف مقابل در مباحث و مناظرات امامت، از حجیت و اعتبار کافی برخوردار باشد یا خیر؟ در این تحقیق، با بررسی مواضع ابن ابی‌الحدید در مسائل امامت در کتاب شرح نهج‌البلاغه، این نتیجه حاصل می‌شود که هر چند او معتزلی بوده است، اما در مباحث اصلی امامت، مبنای عموم اهل تسنن و اشاعره ـ مانند عدم نص بر امامت امیرالمؤمنین علی7 و عدم خلافت بلافصل آن حضرت و عدم اشتراط عصمت در امام ـ را تقویت کرده است. بنابراین شیعه دانستن او یا به‌خاطر عدم احاطه بر تمام سخنان خود و یا خلط در اصلاحات می‌باشد. به‌علاوه اینکه امر مهم، وجود دلیل است نه تعبد به سخن شخص. لذا شیعه و سنی بودن تأثیری در قبول کلام مستدل و مبرهن ندارد. انگیزه و سبب رمی سنی‌های متعصب را نیز می‌توان اعتقاد او به افضلیت امیرالمؤمنین7 و قدح معاویه و بی‌اثر کردن انتقادهای او به برخی از عقاید اهل سنت و خنثی کردن استنادات شیعه و همچنین استناد به بعضی از حرف‌های او علیه شیعه دانست.}, keywords_fa = {ابن ابی‌الحدید,شرح نهج‌البلاغه,عدالت صحابه,عصمت امام,نص بر امامت,خلافت بلافصل}, url = {https://fhi.hekmateislami.com/article_88311.html}, eprint = {https://fhi.hekmateislami.com/article_88311_ad3c971703b032ce741f77d4540a0aca.pdf} }
