Being one of the Aristotelian categories, it occurs with bodies through movement. In the light of his substantial movement, Mulla Sadra proceeds from 'essential time' to 'substantial time'. Time is not among accidental essences nor is it an entity independent of material substances. It is instead the essential constituent of a material substance. That is why all material substances have their own particular timings. Time is the quantity of substantial movement existing together with substantial movement through the same body. In the light of his theory of relativity, Einstein, given that light travels with a constant speed, considers time as relative regarding it as the fourth dimension of a body necessary for the exact evaluation of events. Mulla Sadra sees eye to eye with Einstein on matters like extendedness of time, relativity of time, the fact that each object has its own timing and that time is the fourth dimension of a body, though Sadra looks at issues metaphysically whereas Einstein evaluates things physically. A physical approach, being empirical is deducible from empirical facts whereas a metaphysical approach is not empirical. Einstein's theory of time is related to accidental movements particularly spatial movements saying that there will be no place for time if there is no accidental movement. In addition to accidental movement, Mulla Sadra is, however, aware of substantial movement believing that time is the quantity of substantial movement.  }, keywords = {time,substantial movement,special relativity,Mulla Sadra,Einstein}, title_fa = {پژوهشی تطبیقی در حرکت و زمان در اندیشه صدرالمتألهین و آلبرت آینشتاین}, abstract_fa = {در اندیشه ارسطو و پیروان او، زمان، مقدار حرکت فلک اطلس و مفهومى ماهوى است که در جدول مقولات ارسطویى قرار دارد و به‏ واسطه حرکت، عارض بر اجسام مى‏شود. صدرالمتألهین در پرتو حرکت جوهری از «زمان ماهوی» به «زمان وجودی» رسید. در اندیشه ایشان، زمان نه در شمار ماهیات عرضیّه است و نه همچون ظرفی مستقل از جواهر مادی است که مظروفش ماده باشد؛ بلکه زمان مقوم ذاتی جوهر مادی است و ازاین‏ رو، همه جواهر و پدیده‏ های مادی، زمانی مخصوص به خود دارند. زمان، مقدار حرکت جوهری است و حرکت جوهری و زمان در خارج با یک وجود موجودند. آینشتاین در پرتو نظریه نسبیّت، با توجه به ثبات سرعت نور، زمان را نسبی و به‏ عنوان بعد چهارم اجسام، آن را در سنجش دقیق وقوع حوادث دخیل می داند. صدرالمتألهین و آینشتاین در «ممتد بودن زمان»، «نسبی‌بودن»، «اختصاص زمان هرچیز به خودش» و نیز «بعد چهارم بودن زمان» با یکدیگر اتفاق دارند؛ اما صدرالمتألهین با نگاه متافیزیکی به زمان نگریسته است؛ درحالی‌که آینشتاین با نگاه فیزیکی به آن می نگرد. نگاه فیزیکی، نگاهی آزمایش‏ بردار و از تجربیات قابل استنتاج است؛ اما نگاه متافیزیکی عمدتاً آزمایش‏ بردار نیست. آینشتاین در تفسیر زمان، ناظر به حرکت‌های عرضی به‏ ویژه حرکت‌های مکانی است و نقش زمان را در همین محدوده تبیین می‌کند و در نگاه او با نبود حرکت عرضی، جایی برای زمان باقی نمی ماند؛ اما صدرالمتألهین افزون بر حرکت عرضی، به حرکت جوهری توجه داشته و زمان را مقدار حرکت جوهری می داند.}, keywords_fa = {زمان,حرکت جوهری,نسبیّت خاص,صدرالمتألهین,آینشتاین}, url = {https://fhi.hekmateislami.com/article_53384.html}, eprint = {https://fhi.hekmateislami.com/article_53384_1f651bf681d9e3451def7339efa1135b.pdf} }
